BVLLIN uses ICEPAY to process all of its payments. This way, you as a consumer can do your online transaction to BVLLIN in a safe and sound payment environment. When you do a transaction through ICEPAY, you can assume that this transaction is secured in several ways. As a Payment Service Provider, ICEPAY needs to follow strict rules relating to the safety of transaction traffic:
- ICEPAY is currently relieved from ‘De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB, Dutch Central Bank)’ regulation. Any and all updates on current status will be communicated as soon as they become available.
- ICEPAY is certified by Currence, the owner of iDEAL. This means that ICEPAY meets the strict safety requirements of Currence to offer iDEAL as an online payment method.
- ICEPAY has SSL certification. Meaning that you make your online payments always within a secured web environment. You can control if the webpage you are using is secured yourself. A secured web page always shows https:// in the address bar of your browser. If you do not see the ‘s’ behind the ‘http’ you are not sure whether you are at a secured page.
ICEPAY is only responsible for the handling of your online payment and does not have any influence on the delivery of your online ordered products and services.

We only charge shipping costs. Other services, like payment processing, won’t be charged.

When you place an order at BVLLIN you will receive three mails in total:
- The first mail will tell you that your payment is being processed.
- The second mail will provide you with your personal tracking link. You can use this link to track down your package once it has been sent. All our packages are being transferred by bpost.
- When the payment is completed, you will receive a third mail. We only start shipping orders when the payment is completed.
The shipping time depends on your location. We’ve listed the average delivery times below.
- Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- USA: 4-8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-15 business days
When you receive your order, but you are not entirely satisfied with it, we’re here to help. There are two options: you can send the product back to us and change it for another size/color or you can ask for a refund.
To be eligible for the options above, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered at your location in the last 5 business days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Before you send the product, please contact us at email@example.com. When that’s done, send the product in its original packing, with proof of purchase, back to us.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
